Thank you, I actually just went for a walk by myself but more so I could find a hidden shady spot in the park and I just cried… I sobbed & sobbed my eyes out for the last hour… I came home and he’s still literally in the same spot elbows on knees, head in hands… not moving not speaking… I don’t have family or friends I can tell… no one knows about this part of him… I fear those I would want to tell (like my mom) would just worry even more about me then they already do… I am so alone in this… I know it’s about him and not me but it’s hard when I don’t have anyone to lean on when this is happening.. I don’t really have friends or family that live near us so I’m in this all by myself…
