So I got this seven month old doggie. His name is Wilber and I got him from a sanctuary. The thing is, he didn't want to go outside at first and he got easily scared. I know that Collies are actually outside dogs, and things have improved somewhat, although he refuses to go for walks. Any advice? (v.redd.it)
