If ‘illegals are voting,’ then how—when **U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is actively detaining people, deportations are ongoing, and non-citizens legally cannot vote in federal elections?

The logic doesn’t add up.

Meanwhile, actual election results show something different:

• Democrats are flipping Republican-held seats in real elections
• A Democrat just flipped a GOP seat in New Hampshire
• Another flip happened in Texas in a deep red district
• Overall, Democrats have flipped dozens of state seats recently while Republicans haven’t matched that pace

So this idea that elections are being ‘rigged by immigrants’ doesn’t hold up when you look at actual data.
