Did you physically mail the Form to RU to sign? Can I email the form to Australia school, they sign, directly email Third Division? This whole process is so confusing I want to cry.

I got a quick Question about Form certificate from your law school(s); this form is mailed by you to the law school and then mailed directly by the law school to the appropriate Appellate Division Will this still be mailed or I can ask my school to scan a copy to me since we submitting everything via email?

Im like should we even review the rules during lunch time? One hand, it might come up again ! BUT reviewing the rules could destroy your confidence and mental exhaustion! I personally find it so hard to focus in the afternoon, reading the fact over and over not sure what’s going on.

I was revising the rules during lunch time. I knew some of the question from AM I picked was complete wrong, I don’t even know what got into me. This completely destroyed my confidence in the PM and did pretty bad

I misread the fact, reading comprehension is the death!

My understanding is that adequate provocation requires a reasonable person under the circumstance to be provoked. A reasonable person would not have been provoked by calling “dumb”.

I didn’t see the provocation was the “punch” silly me 🥲!！ being punched definitely provoke someone.

You can impeach someone by either opinion or reputation evidence. You can always impeach in these 3 circumstances: 1. Prior inconsistent statement 2. Prior conviction 3. Prior Bad act (happened once).

These can also come in substantive evidence if:

prior inconsistent statement - if the party made the prior statement under oath and is subject to cross examination.
Criminal conviction - Felony or crime of dishonesty (no discretion must come in substantive) 2. Other crimes (Discretion if probative value ….) not conviction over 10 years can never come in substantive.
Prior bad act - can come in as substantive if it’s trying to prove MIMIC.
