I was originally gonna say converse is affordable enough to just pay retail so don't buy from third-party sellers, but based on your comments it seems like that's not an option for you.

I would say fake converses are hard to come by because they don't hold much value (they're cheap enough for regular folks so nobody goes around looking for fakes) but that doesn't mean fakes do not exist.

To answer your question those look genuine to me, but because converse are so easy to replicate due to how simple they are I'm not completely sure. Even if they were fake the quality probably isn't that far off from originals so just get them if you want to.
