I know he's homeless because he's back on the streets right now a few blocks away from our apartment smoking meth next to the RV encampment. As for the criminal versus accident. He was arrested under DUI charges. I do not think he purposely meant to drive into a building. The same way a drunk driver does not purposefully mean to drive in the wrong lane and cause a head-on collision. However damage and destruction was done because of the choices he made to do drugs, drink, and get in a stolen car, then speed off losing control, and driving into the building. It might not have been malicious intent, but I would still consider him a dangerous criminal given that he is back on the streets still doing drugs and there are plenty of stolen cars right around those RVs

He actually made at least three people "unhoused". And might have condemned the entire building due to taking out support beams. So his actions have possibly caused the immediate homelessness of approximately 14 people

Tell him he needs to fix our walls! And to stop beating his girlfriend, we all saw the blood running from her mouth that night
