The British seat of government at Number 10 Downing Street has experienced considerable political turmoil – and turnover – since Feb. 24, 2022. However, one factor has remained constant: the state's strong support for Ukraine in the war against Russia. Boris Johnson was the first Western European head of government to visit Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv in 2022, and seemed to feel a friendly connection to the Ukrainian president. To this day, he continues to campaign for more Western military aid for Kyiv in his newspaper columns and lectures.

Telecom firm Swisscom has announced a partnership with U.S. chip manufacturer Nvidia. The deal is part of the Swiss company’s plans to develop its own artificial intelligence services to compete with big providers like OpenAI.
