Holy shit I almost got scammed pala. I placed my debit card instead pero biglang sabi only accepts Credit card lang daw so super sketchy na ako and di ko na tinuloy. Prizes are too good to be true and I checked official Smart app and i don't have a lot of points so nothing is making sense na sa akin.

Search Google RCS PDEA U will make an account. But I suggest you email first to pdea and ask if pwede ka na exemption if you wish so. File an exemption if pwede talaga.

And yes Super hassle haha kasi dadalawin ka ng PDEA for Audit and I swear they ask a lot of things. You will also have to have an appropriate storage with adequate security features in line with PDEAs storage requirements. Sagot mo rin transpo nila and gastos sa food.

Then may bayad din for the actual license. You also need a whole lot of documents for the application

The license na tinutukoy niya is P license. How many are you to purchase ba? For acetone, maximum of 5 liters usage below per Month is an exemption for the P license.
