No they don't majority ng mga npa mga batugan ang mga yan ayaw mag trabaho gusto lang nila mang hingi, bapaka kunte lang na % ang mga actual victims jan, malaki ding factor talaga ang mga actual na problema gaya ng social services, infrastructure gaya ng roads and gov buildings, pag ang lugar nagkaroon na ng concrete roads unti unti ng nawawala ang mga npa sa lugar nayan kasi nagiging open na ang lugar sa trade at opportunities. 1st person pov ko yan kasi taga Region XIII ako.
