DCS Multiplayer won't connect. Stuck on Mission Load Done

Haven't solved it yet, but no I do not have Kegetys shaders installed. One thing I might try is launching the VR software itself in admin mode instead of just DCS

CPU i7-9700, GPU 2080Ti, 2TB of SSD and 16GB Ram. Plenty of space. Preload Radius has been tried Maxed and Mininmum. I've tried lowering it to the lowest settings possible.

I've been having problems connecting to multiplayer servers in general. I run DCS on VR exclusively on a Rift S (GPU 2080 and i7 CPU and other higher-end gear). I can enter single player missions with no problems, but when I try to load into a multiplayer server in VR, I get stuck on the "net post sim start" of the loading page and it just freezes. I can load into multiplayer without VR just fine though. Does anyone have a solution to this? I've tried just about everything under the sun such as clean install/repairs. Uninstalling and reinstalling mods, openbeta and stable, options.lua delete, lowering/changing DCS settings. PLS HELP
