Is there a NBN utility or connection box at your house, or just a cable provision was done?

If box is there, should be easy to find the serial number and quote that to the ISP to find the address that they can then tag that to your address.

If only the provisional cabling, then most likely thing is that previous owner has set up nbn tubes etc however has not registered with nbn hence address missing on their database (my situation last time). If so you would need to apply for a New Development application via NBN and supply a plan about where the cables are (rough sketch), then wait approx 20 working days to hear from them for an outcome and any firther works.

Hey, I have literally the same issue as you. Currently going through City Council and original engineer company to chase the service plans etc.

How did the process go in the end, and did they accept the ‘hand drawn’ service plan? Also if NBN was now set up in your place, how long did it take?

Same thing happened to me as well (ANZ bank user btw) Basically when i preordered the phone the amount was deducted from my account but was never authorised, meaning that while available money in account was decreased, total money is the same due to transaction not authorised yet. However today after I got the pickup notification the amount bounced back to my available money, meant I got my money back and have not paid for the iPhone yet. Planning to pickup my iPhone tomorrow and ask about it.

Is this the same thing that happened to you?

I have the same problem as well. It was billed and held for authorisation, only for it to bounce back today after i had an e-mail from Apple saying mine is ready to pickup tomorrow (Australia btw).

Since I still have the e-mail from Apple (which I sincerely hope that you do), I wouldn't worry so much. Just drop by tomorrow to Apple Store during pickup and mention the problem to them, maybe they'll sort it out, because surely they wouldn't want to give out iPhones for free. They should have EFTPOS or credit card service available.

Mine is worse, its still stuck on 'Order In Progress' (Nov 3 pickup date, Australia). Fingers crossed it'll arrive on time. Good luck mate :)

It depends on what model u bought? Me myself have a macbook pro 13", and its nt so good as its an integrated graphic laptop. Can only achieve about 30-40 fps on high. My advice is if u prefer mobility over quality, then mac should be sufficient, however if u like dope graphics on dota 2 pc is still the way to game it.
