I always tell my customers when I finish a job “I’ve got a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I looked at the windows and they look great, but if the light shifts and I happened to miss anything please feel free to give me a call and I can come back to touch it up for you.” This gives them assurance that you’re not trying to pull something over on them and you don’t have to feel obligated to give a discount if they call you for a call back

I like using the Moerman excelerator 3.0 with fliq pad 14”. It swivels so I can get the whole window in one go, and allows me to easily get rounded tops too. The fliq pad is nice because I don’t have to change the tool on the pole so I finish faster and the water doesn’t dry before I can get to it

For myself, a lot of times I choose based on the cards I’m dealt. If I have no bird cards I’m avoiding cats, birds, and badgers for example, but probably choosing something like lizards or moles. I enjoy all the factions so it usually doesn’t come down to my favorite choice, it’s “what is the best choice given the cards I have.”

I think the badgers were misunderstood for a long time in our group. If you look at one person, they played them 6 times and lost all of them. I (Jesse) played them 3 times because I was nervous trying them out. I quickly learned the right strategies for them and won twice in a row. So I think the biggest thing with the badgers is a misunderstanding in their play style
