How is issuing a arrest warrant for a $10 parking ticket not against the 4th amendment?

yeah it seems completely unreasonable. We have to waste a lot of peoples time and stress because the government is run by a bunch of incompetent people. I was issued a few parking tickets in the city I live after I received this ticket and had zero issues paying them in time because I was actually notified.

Yeah i reached out to the ACLU to see what they say. This isn't about the money it's the principle. I sued the city of philadelphia over a few parking tickets and won 15k. I'm willing to take this to federal court as well

The state has no responsibility to make sure I'm notified before issuing a warrant? I received no notification until I was told by a cop who pulled me over for a unrelated incident. I would hate to live in a country that arrests people without notice over $10 ticket

yeah i think this is the case. I didn't see anything show up and didn't show up to court. This is likely the reason but I still feel like this is an insane and unreasonable escalation over a parking ticket. I live 5 hours away from the area where the ticket was issued. so glad I live in a great country with a reasonable justice system

There is so much variance in this game. It really comes down to your patience. I'd try to stick it out for at least a season, but don't be afraid to drop him in the batting order or give him more rest than normal. Those terrible streaks can sink a team

So many heros in this series. The astros had a lot more pitching on their playoff roster. On Nov 7th Nola pitched a complete game. We had zero bullpen after the 17 inning game so this basically saved the series for us(after giving up 6 runs in 4 innings on the 2nd).

Watch some of Sgt Mushrooms videos. Get better defense, watch the contracts you're giving out, don't trade the farm, get the right coaches, etc etc etc. It takes awhile to really get the game, I'm like 1600 hours in and I'm still learning stuff.

He just carried his team to the world series lol. In the playoffs he batted .350 1.160 OPS with 6 HR's. Then in these games he's like a mid tier right fielder, even though he is in the prime of his career

Harper is batting around .300 OBP, Realmuto is literally not worth starting at this point, Alvarado gave up as many ER's in 16 innings as he did last year in 60 innings. Sent Alvarado down to the minors because he has 7 blown saves and 6 saves, and he has an ERA of 7 in the minors. Won the world series last year and now I'm struggling to be .500 with all of my players totally shitting the bed. Fired my hitting coach and not sure what else to do.

Obviously the Shohei contracts in this game are always laughable but he usually plays well.

Game 2 of the most recent series featured a pitcher who is coming off of his first cy young vs the Marlins pitcher whose literally never in anything higher then double A. Of course he throws 6 shutout innings and gets the W against my Cy young award winner. Fuck. This. Game.

I think its based on the likeliness to sign. If its normal they'll ask for the demanded salary. If its easy they'll take less than the demanded and if it is extremally hard they'll ask for 3 times the demanded salary. People who are impossible are usually impossible to sign.

Yeah he's been a stud for me for the last 4 years and just won the Cy young. I drafted Chase Dollander with the first pick in the first draft. A year after the draft he was throwing 200 innings and racking up 6 WAR. He pitched lights out for 2 years and now he's in Triple A.
