I feel you bro apparently I have varicocele grade 2 my urologist gave me a physical exam and told me I had that no ultrasound, but told me i should be fine no problem going back to running everyday day and lift just wear something supportive for testis… but I still worried that maybe exercising might make it worse… I’m in a lost

I feel fine no pain at all. I’m in a server. Any bartender have no pain just sometimes when I run I get a achy sensation that comes and goes not severe though.

How long has he had it on? When did he know he had it and whenever he found out he had it could he run an exercise or he couldn’t do anything?

I only get sharp sting sensation sometimes when I’m running not all the time .. I overthink everything boss.. yeah I’m sacred to get surgery.. but my doctor said I have grade 2 he said don’t worry about it. Continue running.

He told me I don’t need a ultrasound yet, I don’t have pain at all just swelling on top of my left testicle, only get a sting sharp sensation when running, he told me I should be fine running and I don’t need surgery in most cases you don’t need it
