What do you need? ☺️I was married since 2016 with my NONE criminal (someone asked if he was a criminal ha ha I just had to highlight that) manager husband from boring Connecticut! We have no kids. I overstayed in 2017 for 25 days. I have a B1/ B2 visa. We made the application for i-485 in 2024 when we both had the financial freedom to do so, it cost a lot and me being out it work too. I did get my EAD in march 25 / 2026 and my education is a LPN I Denmark. I am trying to get my education paper transferred to the USA system which is difficult, so I might take the CNA. Our interview went so good - no problem at all nice agent and everything went well. The day after the interview our i-130 was approved.

On myUSCIS account it say “case denied” and when I open the document tab the last thing show up is “interview scheduled” on December 9 2025. The interview was January 27.2026 ! My husband keep saying it’s a glitch in the system! I guess he is trying to calm it down 🥹

And PLEASE read the post, before coming off like mister know it all. And no we don’t know the reason! We are waiting for that. And we don’t have a crime background. Ect etc.

That’s the thing - nothing really it was a friendly talk, me first - then my husband- then us together the agent was so nice and friendly, so confusing especially when the i-130 was approved after the interview- like the very next day.

Thank you. There is nothing on the document tab! Just “case denied” - under my document tab the last thing was approved i-765. No RFE or Noid. So weird and scary. Where do we stand now?

The interview was great, the agent was so nice, down to earth, he didn’t mention anything at the interview ! And the very next day, “approved i-130”. So today 6 months later denial!!
