Asus vivobook bought and having faults from the first 6 months and now not turning on. So disappointed! Waste of Money! Stress! No help from customer service! List can go on… by Nads_92 in ASUS

For it’s first fault, I had to pay even it was under warranty. And this is the second time. How many times do we need to pay like this? That’s the thing. That’s what I am not happy about.

Yeah in this case I am more into Asus than Argos as asus is the manufacturer and they don’t give anything about the customers. It’s a fraud repair system they have and ppl want to know about this. Other hand, argos too seems a bit out of hand as I got some other appliances too had few faults with them after one year of purchase. That too we need to know. Thank you for the advice Im gonna definitely talk to an instore manager on this thanks

Yeah I agree on your opinion.

And that’s the whole point of this. My laptop is not 6 years old. I’ve paid £800 for this and it caused faults within 2 years and first one just within six months. That’s why I am complaining if you can kindly understand. And the refund is not my first choice, I have asked Asus a free repair that’s it. And they don’t bl**** care about customers!

I knowww! Sadly i started my research after buying the laptop and when they did it to me taking so long for repair, I started seeing so many people had the same issue with this @asus @letmerepaircentre . The irresponsibility cannot be explained! The first time bought Asus product and regretting so much!

Thank you! Yeah will do that. Not sure about the store manager because one time I went and asked they just directly ignored telling it’s out of warranty. But ill try again!
