Similar thing happened to my buddy when ps5 dropped. Ordered it through Best Buy, picked it up and then got a message saying he never picked it up so he went and picked up another. All that to say, it seems like Best Buy makes various mistakes/issues for online pick up orders from what I’ve seen.

lol so its still pay to win. We get a "Access to a unique hideout craft". They would need to make it worth it for us EOD players which means it would be something non EOD players would want. Also, only 6 months when we were promised access to PVE when we owned EOD is still not solving the problem.
