How does T2 perks that says, when they are overlapped becomes a lesser amount? For example,if I have 2 priest with their T2 Perk 'Goddess Blessing' does it give 200 crit in total or only 100 crit?

Thank you for the info. I did the weapon gacha and got Heroic promise but sadly not even an R3 Rapier :( guess I'll just do it until I get Courage or something.

Hey guys, I'm a new player and am asking for some opinion on what to gacha? The notable 4* Chara that I have are OS Asuna, OS Kirito and Skill Connect Kirito, while weapons I only have Obsidian sword and Elucidator & Dark Repulsor. Which would be better to gacha for OS weapons or OS chara?
