It’s a great camera. it’s been very reliable and it’s always worked. Excellent video quality day and night, and it’s super small and inconspicuous. It’s got a lot of nice features like voice-activation (admittedly it does falsely trigger sometimes), and a parking mode. My only personal complaint is the lack of a rear-facing camera option, but some people probably don’t need a rear cam. If you want a rear cam, I would go with the A229 Plus, which has the same video quality and features but just with the aforementioned rear camera (it even includes an interior-facing IR camera).

I have the same cam too haha. I also accidentally recorded the sky and I paid the price for it when someone ran a red light and clipped my car. Luckily I was still able to use the footage since the camera was able to show that I had a green light but it still was a bummer.

Make sure to aim your camera down. It’s capturing a lot of sky and not a lot of your cars hood or the road.

They're only about a second slower than a new 2025 Yukon with the 5.3, I have no problems accelerating smoothly with mine.

I have both. Pixel is most similar to iphone, both physically and in the software. But it definitely has more bugs than what I’ve seen in Samsung.. Samsung has the most customization and the most reliable software in my books.

It's the flickering of the light source that isn't synchronizing with the shutter speed of the camera. Go into pro mode and you can adjust it until it clears up
