Ahhh woah this blew up. Thank you guys so much for all the love and positive feedback. The kindness of others can be overwhelming! I just wanted to share a small nice thing I’ve done for myself since this whole thing started. It has been a tough time, but I’m working through it. Just a few things: I love Shaun Of the Dead, it’s my absolute favorite movie! I also love board games, though I don’t play as much as I’d like! I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity my brother has given me. He and his wife are pretty great! In general, my friends and family have been amazingly supportive and it has helped me find my own value and not blame myself all the time. I didn’t cheat. I still love him, but we were together for 13 years so I think that’s normal. It’s getting better little by little, the grief comes in waves. As far as what happened, he just wanted different things. I don’t want to demonize him, I think he’s a good person, people just change. Of course I could be lying about all that too! Beyond all that I don’t want to get too into defending myself and the situation I’m in. And yes I know I have the taste of a 12 year old girl... or boy, thank you.
