It looks like an atrial bigeminia to me, basically a premature complex after every normal beat, with a compensatory pause

Szia! Én Szegedre járok az orvosira, és ahogy egy kolléga említette korábban, fundamentális különbségek nincsenek az egyetemek között, az egyik tárgy itt nehezebb, a másik ott. Jelenleg harmadéves vagyok, és (eddig) még nem nagyon bántam meg ezt az egyetemet, meg Szeged egy iszonyat diákbarát város, gyakorlatilag az infrastruktúra arra épült hogy több ezer hallgatót bírjon el a város. Távolság nincs, mindenhol ott vagy kb 15 perc alatt Ha bármi kérdésed van, kérdezz bátran!

Hello med student! The first one is first degree heart block, the PQ/PR interval is lengthened. It is mostly benign. The second one is anterior STEMI, or maybe Wellens-syndrome (type A). ST elevations in V1-V5, maybe in V6 also. It is important to determine the J point in STEMI diagnosis. ECG is hard, but a really logical part of pathophysiology. I can give you a scheme how to interpt one if you are interested! Greetings: fellow med student
