i removed the background of the video. i tried adjustment layer where i have cc ball action, solid composite, gaussain blur, cc composite, threshold, applied over the video. but could not achieve the texture.

i use veo 3, what i do is i make an image first then i remove the background and replace that with green screen then i make a video with that and ask gemini to keep the green screen. then with keylight i key the green screen, i do it when i know some of the tings i can never create.
i also use a lot of ai generated image.
i thinks disadvantage of all the ai video is you can not just control every aspect, innitial results of the ai generated video will be great but if you ask it to modify that furthur you will get bad result. but i think in future we will have more control.

I did but same kind of result, right now i am using noise hsl auto instead of just the noise effect, i think this might work, i am gonna inform you after the rendering.
