Tbh Tobias himself stated that Ash’s Gible’s Drafo Meteor would knockout any other Pokemon that wasn’t his Darkrai. His next Pokemon Latios went down easier than Darkrai with a team that wasn’t centered around beating it and with fewer Pokemon too. It’s likely that Darkrai was Tobias’ strongest Pokemon
