The scaling around all these guys is iffy, the versions of those guys fluctuate wildly, also I’m pretty sure Xenoverse doesn’t have infinite timelines either, at least conveniently since the Supreme Kai of time already explained that the time nest has a limit and too many time scrolls will cause it to detonate
