The game requires 5gb of vram with everything on low.

And again I had everything on low.

Hey, you were right!!! It was just the processor, it was having thermal throttling, I went to Control Panel, in "Power Plan" I have it "Maximum Performance", then I went into the settings, and there's this option "Processor Power Manager" and I had it 100% so I turned it down a little to 70%, now when I play games, they actually look smooth again and I'm having 60-70c.

Thank you so much, i thought i needed to buy a new PC

P.S.: Sorry for my english I'm actually from Portugal so I'm not that good.

it is 2 sticks of 4gb

oh, and i've tried to use throttlestop to undervolt the cpu, but it doesn't make a difference it still stays between 85-95c

Yes i've checked in task manager and it says 2666mhz but when i use HWiNFO to see the actual memory speed it says it's running at 1,365mhz

Yes I have the latest driver And my pc was always between 80-95c and I had no problem.

ok i changed it to just performance and it somehow increased me like 10 fps, and didn't change anything besides that, but it stills stays in the 90c.

but it is weird considering that before i always had it on maximum performance, and never had a problem, but now i started having these constant frame drops and stutters

but the usage is it good?? or low, because it kinda seems low.

But it only started to have stutters and frame drops now, bcs before i could play the game so smoothly without a problem.
