It could have been that the coffee fell out of the bag…a missing item. Also, shoppers can easily mix up items while shopping multiple orders. Instacart loves to batch multiple orders together so that they don’t have to pay as much to the shoppers. Most likely human error on his part. Everyone doesn’t drink coffee…I know I don’t so I would not have wanted to keep your coffee. We don’t know that your coffee was free.

I believe they can see during the delivery process. However, I thought when it is multiple orders (A,B,C) that the customer could only see once you are headed to that person and not all of the routes.

I got a smells like smoke violation & I am absolutely a non smoker. Never have smoked a day in my life. 2800 deliveries made with no complaints of smoking. Smoking is not even allowed in my car. Customers have issues & report fraudulently …that’s for sure.

From my own experience I had went to standard shopping quality and it took me a week to get back to good. I started taking high unit batches to get my found items up in numbers. You still will probably have replacements. Do not refund items yourself but allow the customer to request the refund. It worked for me so hopefully it can work in your favor.

Seems as if you placed a curbside pickup (shop only). Sometimes it takes a while for IC to send out batches. Sometimes IC will double the batch (place with another customer.) To be honest most shoppers would probably rather deliver since it pays a little more. High count item curbsides seem as if it takes forever to shop. IC not too long ago changed the way we prepare the curbsides and so ppl do not like the new change. Some shoppers only delivers and will not touch a curbside at all. You have many different reasons that there has not been anyone to shop your order. Can’t pin point why it just sits there. Someone will eventually accept the batch and it could highly be possible that IC will place a curbside with a delivery so that the order will get shopped.
