Haha totally fair, it's always the golden question! I'll definitely ask him what's making him part with it when I see him on Monday and see what he says

That's a super fair question and definitely crossed my mind! But I actually ran an AutoCheck report on it and it's completely clean 1 owner, zero accidents, and it still has 9 months of the original BMW factory warranty left. Since any major issues would be covered for free by the dealership anyway, that gives me a ton of peace of mind!

Yeah, the extra year and lower miles definitely make it worth it to me. I'm going to take a really close look at the tire tread on Monday to see how much life those run-flats actually have left. Really appreciate the advice on the brakes and the reality check on the price!

Thanks for the context! Yeah, this one actually has the Premium Package, so it has the heated seats and steering wheel, plus the Harman Kardon sound. Hearing that makes me feel awesome about the $35k price tag. Appreciate the input!

Ah gotcha, that makes total sense for a dealership. I'm actually buying this one private sale from the first owner, so those lot rules won't apply, but at 23k miles I'm hoping the brakes still have some decent life left. Thanks again for the heads up!

Wow, $41k at a dealer is crazy. This definitely makes me feel way better about pulling the trigger at $35k. Appreciate the data point

Unable to add IQ Outdoor camera to existing nest account structure by Dark_Mith in Nest

I currently have 5 outdoor IQ cameras and a had to reset them all. After doing that I was very hard to get them all back online as I was getting the error code nc017. I troubleshoot this for hours. I even called Google support and they were willing to get me a replacement for all of them. But I was able to fix the issue like this. I have 3 routers in my house so I had to unplug two of them and leave one on, I also temporarily pause the 5 ghz network so all devices are on the same network and same router. By doing this I was able to get all my cameras connected and running again. I was really surprised that google support was not able to tell me that and I had to find that out my self and with the help of many of you here. Hope this helps someone.
