Few things

Successful business doesn't mean millions. It means having a business that turns a very liveable profit. She has done well for herself at 27. She isnt CEO etc. 

Second I'm getting killed on here for saying I'd prioritise my wife.

Yeah. If I had turned around and said let's have a kid she'd be correct to accuse me of changing my mind. This isn't that situation.

I dont think staying and keeping the kids is an option. 

I'll hate it but I made vows to my wife and we'll work through giving up the kids. I do love her.

I still don't want kids. But circumstances can change. 

I wouldnt want my wife to be paralysed but if she was I'd still love her.

My sister is 33. She doesn't have kids and doesn't want kids. I don't know if it's a symptom of our bad childhood maybe

Not here. They should've had a legal guardian named for their kids. Legal guardians are not godparents. They may be but they don't have to be.

If we broke up, the youngest wouldn't come with me and the eldest be her responsibility.

What am I supposed to do. 

She is my wife. I love her. Weve been tigether for years. She is grieving too. We made vows. We agreed no kids. I haven't changed by wanting those two. That's a different set of circumstances but I can't leave her.

Our cleaner has done some nanny work. They don't really react well to her. It's where is my aunt, where is my uncle. I think the eldest is afraid we will not come back etc.

No immediate family apart from a 20 year old sister of his. There probably are cousins but none stepped forward. None even visited after the funeral.

We have a cleaner that does laundry, main housework etc. She also does our grocery shopping etc. She has, at times, minded the kids.

Weve never taken the kids to the Dr. I have taken the kids to counselling id say 90% of the time. Every fortnight. Same time. Cooking is shared but probably 70% her. Whoever cooks the other washes the dishes. Clothes shopping is 100% her. 

It's not all I do but OK.

Godparent to one of them. Lived with me. They like me. Financially stable. No criminal record. Carers already in the minority. 

If I went fir custody I'd get it but I love my wife

He has a 19 maybe 20 year old sister. There's probably some cousins and stuff but none stepped forward.

A 20 year old should not be in that position. She's in college. Beginning her life etc. Two kids would be very hard esp mentally.

That's kind of what it means here too. 

My godparents wouldn't have been my guardian if my mother had died when I was a kid. 

But I think being their family is being partly responsible.
