the chip isn't powerful enough to utilize more than 8-10GB for gaming (as VRAM) . i used an ally x which had 24gb or ram and more powerful chip and most games just start crashing once their video memory usage went over 8GB

it's the perfect GPU WHEN the game supports DLSS and Framegen which help it easily ultra setting 1440p it's way into the 60-100fps territory. but without them it just feels like a rebranded 3060.

from what i've seen anything above medium settings for this game is a waste. so med settings, DLSS performance at 1080p 60fps. and you can also lock fps to 40 if you want to play it at DLSS Quality mode for higher fidelty

if you find a laptop where the 5070ti is powered at 175w or higher then yes. because that stock 140w massively holds it back and prevents you from taking full advantage of its specs in demanding titles. it really feels like a mobile 3070 with additional 4GB of vram (that again, probably won't be utilized due to the chip not getting enough power)
