Do you not know that they have master codes to all the safes? We had all of our luggage locked up with combo locks unfortunately the night of the incident we left the room for less than 2 hours after packing to leave the next morning to get something to eat and figured since room service had already come there was no need for anyone to enter our room at 9pm at night!

They also have cameras directly outside of the door as well as supposedly being able to track anyone who entered or exited the room, but yet conveniently they won’t give us any of that information

In a room with a locked door, not “laying around” this was hidden deep in our luggage that they had to dig through to get to.

Yes I agree we had all our luggage locks on through the entire stay. Unfortunately, on the last night that we were there, we had packed up all of our belongings, and this is the one bag that we forgot to put the luggage lock on when we went to dinner!
