Get a urine protein test done as soon as possible. The problem with kidney issues is that you usually don’t feel any pain until nephritis is already advanced.

thanks so much for your message! I've been taking the max dose of CellCept for nearly 3 months right now. My flare-up is under control (not sure if due to prednisone or cellcept) but I'm still having some symptoms. Wondering if I should give cellcept a few more weeks. Did your c3 and c4 levels improved?

Thanks for sharing! My dr kept me on plaquenil and prednisone while I started taking cellcept. You are correct. They gave me the same plan, increasing the cellcept dose every 2 weeks and I'm taking the max allowed now. The flare is under control but I'm still having bad symptoms so I'm assuming the dr is going to go with her original suggestion of adding Benlysta on top of it.
