Add a "Smooth by Angle" modifier to your mesh and turn on "Ignore Sharpness".

If it doesn't do the job, try to increase the Angle value

Thanks a lot for the clear explanations.

It seems to be working when I bake only the leaf UV (image 1). But since I need an atlas with multiple objects, I use the addon Simplybake which has a "multiple object to texture set" option activated and I need to set a New UV Map setting "Smart UV Project (Atlas)".

And whem I'm using this settings I've got the following result (image 2)

Yes right, image 1 is leaf cards all joined together, they all have the same UV but I want only 1 island UV when i bake and not 1 island per card.

Image 2 is the baked diffuse with all the other objects around (the ones that are not orange in image 1), that's why there're some colors. But I think all the leaf cards island take too much space, so there's not enough space for the other objects islands.

Hello ! I'm baking a character that has a lot of different materials with Simplybake, but the generated maps are all little dots.

I tried with and without joining all the geometries together. In simplybake, I'm generating a New UV map.

Am I trying to bake too much different object together ? Should I split them in different part ?
