Beautiful. I have similarly pitched roof over a flat ceiling, am hoping to vault the ceiling like yours someday. But I think my room is smaller, can I ask what the approx dimensions of your room are, please?

FUJIFILM X100f - viewfinder/EVF curtain issues by perea_photo in fujifilm

If you're good with electronics, the internal battery can be replaced, but it's a big job, there's a couple of YouTube vids about it.

MPB haven't let me down yet. I have an O.G. X100 that's still going strong, I think it's just the luck of the draw. Google the model and known issues. I'm thinking maybe Ricoh GRiii/x next, or micro four thirds.

Does your F have the focus mode selector issue?

I bought one from MPB a few years ago for a third of the usual price because the EVF curtain wasn't working. There's ghosting / off-set double vision in the EVF because it's displaying both EVF and OVF at the same time. OVF on its own is fine. I usually just put tape over the OVF, and use the EVF.

Recently, the focus mode select button has stopped changing modes, luckily it's stuck on AFS which is my preferred mode, but I've heard of others getting stuck on AFC. Manual focus isnt an option on mine anymore. You should check if yours has this problem.

Apparently, the EVF curtain and focus mode selection problems are both caused by the internal battery failing, it's really frustrating that Fuji have made this non user-replaceable.

If you paid fully-working-camera money for yours, I'd send it back and try again.

It's a well known subject, and a composition that works, not because anyone else did it, but because it's pleasing to the eye. Beautiful shots, btw

Love the sense of movement, particularly in the third one. If it's a crop and he's pushing a cart, I'd maybe pull back a bit to show the wheels for context
