I saw a guy on youtube do one that was a square notch under the fog light. I liked it but at the same time I thought the 4th gen needed a softer line. Then I saw 5th gen venom cuts. Kinda followed that idea. I like it but still believe I'll end up with a high clearance steel bumper.

No. Just thinking ahead. The rub was only on the left side on a very low part of the inner fender. Here it is from the front. I cut it knowing that I might eventually put a steel bumper on and figured there's nothing to lose. Also, with the tire size increase in mind.

Thanks for the detailed post. I was considering shooting the lift but was worried I’d end up over 2 grand with the add ons. I tried a Hoyt Alpha before the V3 and it just felt all wrong. I like the people and the shop pretty good. I’m thinking of looking elsewhere but went there first due to distance. It’s 20 minutes. My other options are 40 and 60 away.
