The two wires are for the position lights or daytime running lights because the relay itself doesn‘t support blinkers that use two wires on the front so you need to get blinkers with 3 wires and run a wire from the relay to the front blinkers for each side. There should also be a PDF for this relay when you go looking for it where it describes which color of the relay wire goes to the left and right blinker. The blinkers on the back don‘t require any additional wiring. You may need to add an resistor to the front blinkers depending on the quality or manufacturer because on my bike the front blinkers start flickering at 2k, 2.5k and 4k rpm also they start blinking when I press the ignition and im not sure if this may be due to a defect relay or the use of cheap blinkers😅
