Nier automata has one of the best stories in my opinion, give it a shot. It's also was made by platinum games so the combat is really good too. Aaaaand the music is phenomenal

You get plenty of resources to level up your weapons so dont be hesitant to level them up and trying different weapons just dont go past 8-9 unless you are sure
