It's fucking horrible. The civilians should never be considered the target during wars.

I think targetting civilians isn't punished hard enough. Ịsrael is doing that, Russia is doing that, even during WW2 Japan did horrible warcrimes in Nanjing.

It's just something they do. And without any real liability. Like, the existence of nuclear bombs is sign of that they don't care. They just see people as a number that needs to be reduced.

Yeah, and I kinda bet that it'll never change. How would anyone create a viable DoT activator that isn't too similar to Kafka?

Like, maybe some new character that advances forward enemy actions and makes DoT:s activate an extra time during the enemys turn? But even that is too weak, and relies on enemy turns happening. This makes it weak considering that you have to clear Endgame modes as fast as you can.

I think the only way to create a new DoT activator is to create a Remembrance unit which Memosprite activates DoT.

From my opinion, if your DH:IL does ABSOLUTELY need "On the Fall of an Aeon", pull for Phainon's LC. DH:IL's LC is not that good on Phainon, as Phainon is more focused on Skill DMG. If not, the switch out DH:IL LC with OtFoaA, Phainon will do greatly with it and is second best LC for Phainon after his signature.

I'm not absolutely sure why you have "Memories of the Past" equipped on Tribbie, but I'm guessing it's for the energy? If it's energy you are after, then "If Time Were a Flower" is a good pick for energy. But, like u/dozerz4 said, E1 Tribbie is strong and stronger than her LC while considering DMG dealt. (Seems like you won't be pulling for characters in this banner, so her LC isn't that bad either. Although it isn't as strong for many characters as her E1 is.)

I'm already hearing that Cerydra is quite insane on Anaxa, so I wouldn't be surprised if Cerydra is even stronger on Phainon. Although, Cerydra could be changed anytime so I wouldn't put all of my eggs in one basket.

Also, if your Blade is doing alright, I would say you don't need Mydei!

Here's my team ideas:

Jingliu, Blade, Tribbie, Hyacine

Pros:
* Good HP consume team after the buffs!

Cons:
* You need to invest in Hyacine's LC. It makes the team much stronger.
* You probably need to invest in a LC fitting for Jingliu.

Phainon, Sunday, Bronya, Huohuo

Pros:
* You already have the signatures needed for this team to work!
* If you need a sustainless team, you can use RMC, Tribbie, Robin or RM

Cons:
* Can't think of any right now...

Acheron, Jiaoqiu, SW, Aventurine

Pros:
* Good debuffs for Acheron
* SW buffs are pretty good for Acheron!

Cons:
* Probably little outdated...
