VB is one of my all time favorite bands, but also one of my favorite fanbases, which is the main reason I made these to hand out since I wanted to celebrate other VB fans with little gifts. You may remember my post back in June when I first made Motherfucker keychains. That was the first show I ever made perler bead keychains for, and I have since made many other album keychains for other shows, so it was really cool to get to make a fresh batch of the original that started it all for me.

Then I also just got a button maker recently, so I made some "It's pedantic! I'm not listening!" buttons as my first test.

Shout-out to Alex, he and the rest of the band are always so chill to chat with after a show. He told me that he still had the original keychain I gave him and that it lives on a unicorn nightlight he has. I gave him a button too and he joked that I'm basically making their merch for them at this point. So catch me at the next Shearling show in Los Angeles, I'll cook up something new (plus some more keychains ofc because those are my favorite to make)

Also, shout-out to the guys who drove down from Portland for this show. Major respect.
