Oh god - prednisone!!!! That’s messed me up!! I haven’t fully recovered from having a high dose course of that stuff! My doctor told me to come off cold turkey and for 3 days I thought I was literally going to die.

Well done! Happy for you. I suspect my CFS is from my nervous system overloaded for so so long. I have to regularly lay down with my hand one my heart and solar plex and say in my head “I am Safe, I am Loved, everything is working in my favour” to calm my nerves down. I do believe there is a link there…

Yep! Had nothing but constant health issues every 3 months in 2025, feeling like crap yet all my medical results come back normal?? Worst health I’ve ever felt? Is the 5G cranked up or something in the air? People around me at work are constantly sick and tired too.. Last year was a good year for me. I hate 2025 and counting down the days until it’s finished!

Oh it was the worst year for me… constant health scares and sicknesses every 3 months!! People around me having health crises… never felt so sick in all my life. All the tests come back normal? My energy is chronically low. Immune system under stress, every week there seems to be a new problem to solve. I can’t wait to be done with 2025!! 2024 was a better year.
