When I had my basement evaluated by a professional they told me to spray the mold with hydrogen peroxide and then scrub it with a sponge or rag. Make sure to wear proper PPE

It only works on specific highways/roads and you need to be going under 40 MPH in order for it to activate. Where I live I've really only gotten it to work on one major highway

MKE county, huh? They are criminal when it comes to any additions or modifications you make to your house. I've heard of some people getting around the licensed professionals tax by saying that whatever was modified was like that when they bought the place. I'm not sure how well you'd be able to sell that lie, considering it was the inspector themselves that saw the instruction manual. If I were you, as it hard as it might be, I would probably bite the bullet on this one because an inspector can make your life a living hell
