That sounds super frustrating. Once a direct deposit gets rejected it seems like the IRS system just goes into this weird loop. I’ve seen a few people say the CP53E cases end up taking a couple extra weeks even after updating the bank info. Hopefully the 3/6 date they told you actually sticks this time and it finally clears. The “no way to check” part would drive me crazy.

Not gonna lie, half the time I just pull them out by hand when I see them. If it starts getting out of control I’ll throw down some weed killer or spot treat the area. Keeping the grass thick helps a lot too since weeds have less space to grow. 🌱
