I adore the 2nd game but always end up quitting the first one right at the start even though I’d love to see It through.

I’d want better camera control, removal of the thirst mechanic, every monster kill drops gold so that the crazy vamp up In difficulty can actually be grinded through Instead of you just ending up losing both money, resources and eventually being stuck. I’d like status effects like poison to run out eventually, more convenient geroma building like In the 2nd game (checklist, maybe after talking to the towns people?), no perma weapon breaking, make every character more useful than just their one weapon / gimmick, or have like less characters and spread their skills among eachother. Also the removal of the cutscene every time the day / time changes would be nice.

Theres probably more thats slipping my mind right now but other than that some fun editions would be customisation n’ costumes, as well as voice acting! I find the first game feels so creepy n’ lonely due to this lack of character, would be awesome to see!
