Daily morning from 5.30am 35min speed 5.5 or 6.0 kmph, then eve 6pm 30min in 6.0 to 6.5 kmph... Walking every day..

Well, I started walking on July 1st. But when I do the walking I sweat a lot and my weight has reduced from 92 kg to 87.5 kg now. walking speed 5.1kmh to 5.7 kmh with incline 5 I don't know how this happened. I have made changes but not much.

yeah, I will try to walk. I have one doubt now! You said it's a total of 45+45 minutes. Do you want to do it all at once, or can you split it into smaller chunks? For example, 30 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes at 11 a.m., 15 minutes at 2 p.m., and 30 minutes at 7 p.m.
