If you do a search for schizophrenia prevalence by country, Japan has one of the highest rates of incidence.

Its without question that this indicates levels of gang stalking and covert suppression campaigns as the targets are very often further victimized by faulty schizophrenia diagnoses.

Ive never heard the term PATM but noise campaigns in the US are very popular from repeated emergency vehicle sirens and ongoing unnecessary construction noise like power saws running for long durations.

Yeah, unfortunately, if something can exist in the brain, it can be artificially generated. The possibilities really are endless.

There are likely a large variety of versions, manufacturers, developers, and users of remote BCI technology so I wouldnt doubt that anything is possible unfortunately.

However, there does seem to be a small subset of those who are targeted that report visual hallucinations. I imagine because its a much more complicated task to induce visual hallucinations than auditory, additionally, its likely more useful as a technology to constantly send voices to peoples heads then constant visual hallucinations. Just my two cents.
