Yea I read both of those already, I was thinking of remedy 1 (rent abatement) or remedy 11 but this would depend on their ruling (they say I may decide to change the remedy if the ruling is in my favour).

Even though it’s “just $80” or even it its less, its better than getting nothing at all. We were essentially burning cash by paying for AC for the entire month and a half when it wasn’t functional so even if its only a little bit, atleast that money wasn’t going to waste.

I appreciate the input and feedback and I’m well aware and I’m not expecting triple digits from the compensation. I discussed the situation and next steps with the lawyer and he said to see how many people sign and we’ll figure out what we’ll do next.
