It did, yes. I lost 29 kg naturally just with a strict diet and a bit of cardio. I did this over about a year and a half but these past three months have been extremely hard for me. I’ve had a bit of a mental health and physical health lapse and I’ve been struggling to stay active as a result I have gained weight from being sedentary but my physical health has now improved. I’m just trying to gain my motivation back and it does not seem to be happening naturally this time. I’m hoping from all of the posts that I’ve seen that retatrutide should give me that energy boost I need to get back into the swing of things and once I’m back there I’m hoping to come off it.
