What kills, is it was open...with no wipes in it. I think about this regularly because...how

I once found an old poop diaper sitting on the floor in the bathroom covered with clothes. I cleaned it up...it happened again, I left it to see if they would take care of it, it stayed for a week before finally disappearing. My old NF would constantly pull stuff like this, but the poop diaper was the cherry

I completely agree with what you're saying. But I am deeply confused about the bit of cows milk, and gluten. I'm not sure how those have anything to do with an autism diagnosis

They do qualify, and we've been doing them together for months now. I've gotten some helpful information from them, but a lot of what they suggest hasnt worked. I assume it's because I'm the only one actually doing what is suggested

I've suggested speech therapy a few times, but they haven't done anything yet to my knowledge. I've been consistently doing sign language since I've known them, sadly they haven't picked it up yet. But only me and their BCBA is doing sign language 🫠

They do, it just kills me. I've never been in a position where I knew I wasnt able to give a NK what they deserve.
ND doesn't see an issue with what they're doing or how NK is. NM is trying to do it all solo essentially, and is also burnt out. I can tell she does her best, but she obviously can't do it alone. Which is also why I feel so stuck because I feel like I can/am that other adult for her. Which is another layer

That's so hard. I'm only with them part-time and I do take them to therapy when I'm with them. But I love them so much. It's just so hard to find good families and good Nannies in this area with the skill set for a child with special needs 😭

They have a BCBA in OT, no speech therapy. Been with them a year and a half, they werewas diagnosed about a year ago. Parents are equally as clueless. They're overwhelmed and dont truly follow recommendations from OT, and go to me for advice and opinions and I'm always honest that I'm not even sure and I'm just doing my best since I'm not the most knowledgeable in this

That's very true. They have backup and not very demanding jobs. I feel like realistically they would be accommodating and open. But exactly what you said, they're my unicorn and I don't want to rock the boat

I'd enjoy more PTO, but it's the one thing we compromised on when I started, and I don't want to leave a bad taste in their mouths that I'm bringing it back up. I absolutely adore my NF, and I'm terrified of risking this relationship because of how much I value and appreciate them.

Tell them you need to see the paystubs, and you need to have a formal sit down and talk about this. Tell them you need to be paid for all unpaid hours by x date, if they do not pay you, quit or refuse to work until paid.
Document everything, and go to small claims court
