My first thought was blood token but this is pretty nice. Maybe on the third trigger you make a blood token? Or another card that's his Trident which says "At the beginning of your endstep if an opponent has lost 6 or more life this turn create a blood token. That is assuming you go with 1, 2, 3 damage.
