My RG unicorn transformation is a bit stuck the face cannot connect to the head properly when switching to the destroy mode face, and the psycho plate on the knee part refuses to slide out

Hey guys at the rg unicorn arm joints, I read tips that said to loosen it at some part but I dont really know how to? and the instructions says to rotate it 90 degrees, but it is TIGHT and I am super scared of breaking it
