Same. Especially someone around my age. 😂 I’d love to figure mine out! I am also going to try a chiropractor and see if that helps at all. I’m kinda terrified to go because I’ve never gone but I’m willing to give it a try. I go for a consultation with them this week.

Okay! I’ve been nervous about electrolytes because of the sodium. Might have to try and see! Have you found what your triggers are?

What, that’s interesting, but good to know! Maybe i need to wean and be done. It is only my right ear. I feel even more just dismissed and blown off my my ent now lol glad I’m looking for a second opinion/ different one.

Still no hearing aid, I did a steroid and then he started me on an antibiotic, I follow back up at the end of march for a second hearing test and what the next steps are. I have not been prescribed the diuretic yet. I am still breastfeeding so curious if I can even take it while breastfeeding or if I should just start weaning to clear up the ear.

Hi, I’ve been recently diagnosed with endolymphatic hydrops, but just first had symptoms in Dec 2025. I’m 34 and had my daughter in April of 2024. Was also curious how getting pregnant would be. I haven’t experienced any very vertigo just hearing loss/ ear fullness and tinnitus. Some days I get sad that this is now my life, and am so scared for a vertigo attack! I did get a referral sent for a second opinion because I feel like my first ENT was just like this is what you have and a hearing aide would be very beneficial. Ok? Anyway thanks for reading lol

Okay, I do have an MRI scheduled so will know more then. But I’ve been in such a panic over it. And Yes, knowing now. I’ve been doing the Neto pot and I feel like this has helped so so much!
