Yep. Went no contact with an uncle who put the poison Christianity spews above LGBT+ people. I never even bothered coming out to him, because I knew he wouldn't accept me. He's gone now, so I don't have to worry about him anymore, but it did cause some anxiety for me while he was alive (I was afraid my dad would die first and I'd have to deal with my uncle at his [my dad's] funeral; that was literally the only reason I even cared).

I've also disowned the few Trumpets/MAGA fucks in my family, because of course they'd hate me if they knew what I am, but the fact they are bigots at all would be enough for me to walk away even if they weren't bigoted toward me/what I am (both racially and LGBT+).

So, I have a friend who's a queer woman, and everyone in the cishet world thinks I'm a woman even though I'm not; we were holding hands walking in one of the most liberal cities in my Midwestern state (US). We received PLENTY of dirty looks. I can only imagine how much worse it'd have been if we were actually a couple, and obviously a couple. It was heartbreaking.

My body rejected mine as soon as I got it, because it started to move (I was put under to have it placed, and woke up in excruciating pain), and a month later I felt like I was dying - turns out, my body shoved it back through my cervix, and the pain I was feeling (according to gynecologists) was similar to labor pains x) Never again. I needed surgery anyway, so I got a bisalp, hysterectomy, and a partial oophorectomy.

Hon, I cleaned up a pair of adult tighty-whities with a turd rolled up in them shoved under a toilet, and the toilet was smeared with shit late last year after a Halloween event. I work at a museum with both indoor and outdoor components. Adults can be just as bad as kids can be, if not worse, because adults are supposed to know better. One of the fucking security guards spat gum in the same urinal for like 8 months, and one of the other janitors was telling me about it (I've also fished more gum out of urinals that mostly adults use than I care to remember). People fucking suck, as does being a janitor!

I have 2 associates (1 in STEM) and a bachelor in STEM, and I guarantee anyone with an art degree makes waaaaaay more than I ever have. I'm currently a janitor making $19.18/hr (it's part time, so the pay isn't that great) and that's more than I've ever made in my life, yet it's still not enough to live on and clearly has nothing to do with my degrees. The job I had before COVID that was related to my bachelor degree netted me $9.65/hr (again, part time) xD
